  Floor Box Multimedia Modules

  Cableaway's Floor Box Multimedia Modules let you configure a floor outlet box for AV, data, and connectivity needs beyond standard power and data. These modules fit into the 30mm and 45 Series module openings used across our floor box ranges, so you can mix and match power, data, and multimedia provisions within the one box.

  The 30mm range covers HDMI, USB, and F Type connections for TV and aerial feeds. The 45 Series range is broader, with single, one-and-a-half, double, and triple mounting modules to suit different combinations, plus dedicated modules for USB (including USB 3.0 push connection), RCA component and composite video, S-Video with stereo or 3.5mm mini-phone audio, 6.5mm microphone, 3.5mm audio, VGA 15-pin, HDMI, single and double data mounts, DIN rail mounting, and blank fillers for unused positions.

  These modules are designed to be specified alongside our floor outlet box ranges, giving installers a flexible way to bring AV and data connectivity to the floor without needing a separate enclosure.

  Plastic Lid Floor Outlet Boxes

  Cableaway's Plastic Lid Floor Outlet Boxes offer a cost-effective, durable option for power and data distribution where a metal finish isn't required. The plastic lid construction suits general commercial and light-duty applications, with configurations from 2 to 8 power outlets and 4 to 10 data provisions, including flush, recessed, and standard outlet lid options.

  The range includes our Cardinal and Condor series floor boxes, both supplied with matching screed-in boxes for concrete slab installations, and the Condor range also offers a variant with a 300mm interconnecting lead and MAAP cut-out options. The Fast Fit (FBFF) series provides a quick-install plastic floor box with its own dedicated screed box.

  Also included are the Endura Soft-Close plastic recessed lid boxes, which use a soft-close hinge to prevent the lid slamming shut and protect connected leads, available in 4-power configurations with a range of data provisions.

  All plastic lid floor boxes are built to handle everyday foot traffic while keeping installation straightforward and cost-effective for offices, retail, and light commercial fit-outs.

  Stainless Steel Flush Lid Floor Outlet Boxes

  Cableaway's Stainless Steel Flush Lid Floor Outlet Boxes sit level with the surrounding floor, giving a clean, low-profile finish without requiring a floor covering to be inset into the lid. This makes them well suited to hard floor finishes such as polished concrete, vinyl, and tile where a flush metal lid is the preferred look.

  The range spans the compact 145 and 245 Series — available in standard round and square edge flush styles, with single and double GPO configurations, some including USB-A and USB-C charging — through to the full-size flush lid range with 2 to 6 power outlets and 4 to 10 data provisions. Standard depth and 54mm Shallow carcass options are both available, with the shallow carcass suited to installations with limited sub-floor depth, and both round-edge and square-edge lid styles are offered across most configurations.

  Also included in this range are the Endura Soft-Close flush lid boxes, including heavy-duty options, which use a soft-close hinge mechanism to stop the lid slamming shut and protect connected leads for a smoother, quieter action in everyday use.

The recessed lid sits below the surrounding floor covering, allowing your chosen floor finish to be inset into the lid itself so the box blends into the floor once installed. With both 14mm and 19mm recess depths available across the range, these boxes can accommodate nearly any floor finish — carpet, tile, timber, vinyl, or stone — giving specifiers and installers far more flexibility to match the box to the finished floor.

  The range spans configurations from 2 to 6 power outlets and 4 to 10 data provisions, giving flexibility to match power and data density to the application. Standard depth and Shallow (50mm) carcass options are both available, with the shallow carcass suited to installations with limited sub-floor depth. The compact 145 and 245 Series offer smaller configurations, including options with integrated USB-A and USB-C charging outlets.

  Cableaway's Pop Up Floor and Table Boxes bring power, data, and charging to work surfaces and floor areas where a permanently visible outlet isn't wanted. When not in use, the outlet retracts flush or below the surface; when needed, it pops up to provide access to power and connectivity.

  The range includes tripod bench-mounted table boxes for meeting rooms and workstations, IP44-rated stainless steel and aluminium flush-lidded pop-up floor outlets for wet or exposed areas, and the TD98 table dome complete with an auto-switched outlet, HDMI, and dual USB-A charging. For in-desk applications, the Pixel Power & Data Outlet and PixelARC Wireless Charging & Power Outlet provide a discreet, integrated solution for modern desks and benches.

  Cableaway's Shallow Floor Outlet Boxes are built for installations with limited sub-floor depth, where a standard-depth carcass won't fit. With a 50-54mm shallow carcass, this range delivers the same power and data functionality as our standard floor boxes in a reduced overall height.

  The shallow range spans stainless steel flush and recessed lid options (14mm and 19mm recess depths), stainless steel black flush lid, brass flush lid, and antique copper and antique brass flush lid finishes, in 2 and 4 power configurations with 4 to 6 data provisions. The compact 145 Series is also available in a shallow (S65) format across stainless steel, stainless steel black, brass, and antique finishes, with square edge lid options offered across most configurations.

  Whatever the finish, all shallow floor outlet boxes feature a powder coated zinc annealed steel body, height-adjustable brackets, and cable exit provisions, giving specifiers a low-profile solution without compromising on power and data capacity.

  Floor Pedestal Outlets

  Cableaway's Floor Pedestal Outlets raise power and data connections above floor level, ideal for open-plan offices, retail, and exhibition spaces where a floor-flush box isn't practical or where outlets need to be more visible and accessible.

  The FP Series is available as a blank pedestal, with 2 x DGPO, or 2 x DGPO plus 2 data provisions, and in a back-to-back configuration doubling outlet capacity for shared workstations or island benches. The Gnome and Super Gnome Series provide a compact stainless steel pedestal alternative, while the AFB-20 and AFB-70 above-ground floor box ranges offer blank and back-to-back blank pedestals in a choice of finishes — pearl white, black ripple, stainless steel, natural anodised, and oyster grey — to suit the surrounding décor.

  Cableaway's Soft Wired Floor Outlet Boxes use flying-lead starter sockets rather than hardwired GPOs, giving a simple plug-and-play power connection at floor level for applications where a licensed electrician's fixed wiring isn't required for the final connection.

  The range includes the Cardinal series, with 1 and 2 starter socket configurations plus data provisions and a matching screed-in box for concrete slab installations, and the Condor series, with 4 and 8 power starter socket boxes, a MAAP cut-out variant, and its own screed box. The Fast Fit (FBFF) series rounds out the range with a quick-install soft wired floor box and dedicated screed box.
